1. Who this notice is from
This notice covers the website orionlabstudios.com (the "site"), run by Orion Lab Studios ("we", "us"). You can reach us at orionlabstudios@gmail.com. For data protection law, we are the controller of the information described here.
2. This notice does not cover our games
Each of our games has its own privacy policy, which explains what the game collects, why, and how to delete it:

3. What this site collects
Things we do not do
- No cookies, local storage or similar technologies.
- No analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or social media widgets.
- No accounts, sign-ups, forms or comments.
- No fonts, scripts or images loaded from other companies' servers. Everything is served from this site.
Server logs kept by our host
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, run by GitHub, Inc. Like any web server, GitHub's servers receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. GitHub may keep these logs for security and to keep the service running. We do not receive or look at them. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to messages sent to us, or taking steps you asked for. We keep emails only as long as we need them to help you, and we delete them sooner if you ask. Our email is provided by Google (Gmail), which processes it for us.
4. Links to other sites
The site links to Instagram, the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you follow a link, that company's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
5. Children
The site does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the local age). Please ask a parent before emailing us. If a child has emailed us, a parent can ask us to delete that email and we will.
6. We never sell or share your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those words are used in California law. We have never done so.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU and UK GDPR, or U.S. state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct it or delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- not be treated differently for using these rights.
Email orionlabstudios@gmail.com to use any of these. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm it is your email. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. International transfers
We and our providers (GitHub and Google) are based in the United States, so information you send us is handled there. Where the law requires, those providers use approved safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of sending data over the internet is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to the minimum.
10. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the site ever starts using cookies or analytics, we will say so here first.
