1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the website orionlabstudios.com (the "site"), run by Orion Lab Studios ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Our games have their own terms
Downloading or playing one of our games is covered by that game's terms of use and privacy policy, not these terms:

3. Using the site
You may view the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- copy, sell or republish the site's content except as allowed in section 4;
- try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it;
- use the site in a way that breaks any law.
4. Our content, names and logos
The site and everything on it, including text, art, designs, logos and code, belong to Orion Lab Studios or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Cloud Chase, Spell Shore, Shaft Bound, Orion Lab Studios and their logos are our trademarks. You may not use them in a way that suggests we made, sponsored or approved something we didn't.
Press and creators: you may use short excerpts, the game names and screenshots you take yourself to write about, review or stream our games, as long as you credit Orion Lab Studios. For anything else, email us first.
The fonts on this site are open-source and used under the SIL Open Font License (the licence files are in the site's /fonts folder).
5. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email orionlabstudios@gmail.com with: the work you believe is infringed; where it appears on the site; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the right or are authorized to act for the owner; and your signature (typed is fine). We will review it promptly and remove the material if appropriate.
6. Third-party links
The site links to services we don't control, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, and their own terms and policies apply.
7. No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Release dates, features and platforms described on the site may change.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Orion Lab Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
